Marina Bernardini

Marina Bernardini has more than 12 years of experience spanning legal, commercial, and international transactions within the lithium and energy transition sectors. Previously head of Sigma’s legal department, she transitioned to business development to lead strategic partnerships, offtake negotiation, and cross-border structuring across global markets. Prior to Sigma, Ms. Bernardini advised on complex M&A and capital markets operations, corporate governance, and transactional risk. She has been an integral contributor to Sigma’s ESG agenda and commercial scaling. Ms. Bernardini holds a Law Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
